Happy 4th of July!!!! or shall we say Independence Day! I've had a great weekend and start to the week. I went to a 4th of July celebration Saturday at Amanda's church. Amanda, Dixie, Amanda's mom, and I went. We pigged out (well kinda). There was worship, as in pray and singing. There was a band from another church and their band. My sweet lil Amanda (lol) is in the band. She's kinda a back up vocal. Me and Dixie took pics of the band and Amanda. The only place left for us to stand was in front of the speakers. There was ppl everywhere else except there. Since we're both short, we had to stand directly in front of the speakers. It was so loud!! And then they had the fireworks show. It lasted forever and was so beautiful. I took pics of that too. I'll be posting a couple of the pics when I get them developed. I spent the weekend with Amanda. I went over there Friday along with Dixie. Dixie went home after the party Saturday. I got home last night. We had so much fun!!!! Later I'm gonna pop some fireworks. So much fun!! Thurday I'm gonna go see Garfield (the movie). Friday I'm gonna go see Pirates of the Carribean!!!!!!!!!! So happy. I loved the first movie so much. I'm like completely obsessed with Johnny Depp so of course I'd go see Pirates. So thats about it....

| So far my summer is going okay. Lately its been bad. My mom is having surgery tomorrow. So I'll be helping her recover for a few days. Pray!! On a lighter note, I went to Charlene's Tuesday. Thats the first time I've been to her house. We had fun. We watched movies and jumped on the trampoline. We watched White Chicks, Peter Pan, Return to Neverland, and Veggie Tales (she has a little sis and we had to watch it with her). Saturday Amanda and I are going to see Over the Hedge. Its gonna be awesome. I changed my layout again. I just need change somtimes. I spend so much time on there that one layout gets boring. I talked to Rachael (hope I spelled it right) today. She and Charlene are the only ppl from school I have talked to since summer began. I need to call Rachel H, Calvin, and Sean. I bought a new Pirates of the Carribean shirt. This one I love because everyone has that one with Jack on it, including me. This one different and I haven't seen anyone with this one yet so. I also changed my photo. Its a doll. I really need to use an icon because I have like 700 from my xanga obsession and I should use them here. My friendships are going great, but my relationships are bad. By relationships I mean guys. And by guys I mean my lack there of. But whatever. I know that at this point in my life that I don't need a guy to make me happy. I need a job. Dad was supposed to get one but that fell through. By the time we realized that it was too late to look for one. I still might try to get one. I dunno. I need some spending money, but I'd have money anyway so....... Well thats about it for today.

| My summer has been going good. I went to the Mudbug Festival, Hanna's wedding, Amanda's, and shopping. I supposed to go to swimming this week and that makes me happy. I so need something to do. By the way, there is nothing on tv. I was at Amanda's and there was nothing on and she has like a million channels. I changed my layout and my pic so I hope ya'll like it. I got an mp3 player last week. I love it!!!! I got its first good use today.....I had to clean up the house. I danced around mopping and cleaning with my headphones on. So much fun. I'm so bored and really wish I had something to do. Maybe tomorrow I'll go out and have some fun with Maggie. Pretty soon I'll need to start on my summer reading for English too. I think I'll call some of my buds from school tomorrow too. I miss them. :(
